QUEENSBURY, New York (April 7, 2025) — Ĵý’s Culinary program offers an Open House event at 6 p.m. Tuesday, April 15, at its Culinary Center and Seasoned restaurant at 14 Hudson Ave. in downtown Glens Falls.

This free event includes tours of the facility, and opportunities to meet the college’s Culinary instructors and learn more about Ĵý’s Culinary programs.

“We’re always excited to meet future students, and to share what we do here,” said Chef Matt Bolton, instructor of Culinary Arts at Ĵý. “This region’s food scene is thriving and we are honored to be training future chefs.”

Ĵý offers three culinary programs:
•    An Associate of Occupational Studies (AOS) in Culinary and Baking Arts;
•    An Associate of Applied Science (AS) in Culinary Arts; and
•    A Culinary certificate

Ĵý Culinary students have the opportunity to work in Seasoned, the college’s student-run restaurant, to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of the food industry, including front-of-house operations, bar, service, menu planning, mixology and more.

The Culinary Center includes classrooms, a baking lab, full industry-grade kitchen and restaurant space.
