Registrar's Office

The Registrar’s Office is the official record keeper on campus. If that sounds important, it's because it is.

The Registrar's Office helps you with a number of necessary services and ensures your experience at ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ is documented accurately.

The Registrar's Office certifies student enrollment; collects immunization records; confers degrees; certifies veterans; issues academic transcripts; maintains an official academic record of each student; processes course registrations, grades, and name and address changes; and reviews and evaluates coursework taken at other institutions.

Take a class or two

ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ is a great place to take a class or two — even for those not interested in earning a degree. (Such students, by the way, are referred to as "non-matriculated," and they're an important part of our campus community.)

Registrar's Office forms

The college's Immunization policy is outlined in the New York state requires college students provide immunization records for mumps, measles, rubella and meningitis if you are taking six or more credits. If you have not yet submitted your shot records to the Registrar's Office in Warren Hall, you are at risk of having your classes dropped.

Anyone who submitted paperwork in the past does not have to resubmit those documents. Check your ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ email to see if you are in compliance with this law. If you still don't know if you are in compliance, contact the Registrar's Office in person or call 518-743-2279.
